Asparagus

Variety:

The typical type of asparagus of the area is the green-purple asparagus Huetor and Big F-1.

HARVESTING AND MARKETING:

The harvest time is divided into two periods:

1st From March to June

2nd From September to October

According to the customer's requirements, the asparagus is packaged in cardboard boxes containing bunches of asparagus with different diameter (320, 400, 500 or 1 Kgrs)

Olive Oil

oilAlso called "the gold liquid", it is considered the healthiest for their fat content in oleic acid. Pillar of the Mediterranean diet, their use goes back to the days of ancient Greece.

 

Variety:

The main variety is the hojiblanca (due to the light colour of the tree leaves) olive oil although nowadays the picual (from the picual olive) is harvested.

features:

Due to the olive oil varieties, these types of oil have a gold colour with green shades. Important to emphasize its brightness as a result of the oil filtering.

HARVESTING AND MARKETING:

Olives are collected from the beginning of December to the end of February.

Olive oil is obtained in the cooperative and it is filtered and bottled in our filling installations. Olive oil is sold throughout the year.

Watermelon

watermelon Introduced in Spain by the Arabs, it is now grown throughout the Iberian peninsula. Very appreciated for being refreshingly rich in water, salts and antioxidants. Very low-calorie.

 

Variety:

Pata negra (prime quality watermelon) and dulce maravilla (sweet and yellow). The watermelon without seeds is collected in this harvest time.

Features:

It is sweet and red, its skin is of a dark green colour.

HARVESTING AND MARKETING:

From June 15th to September 15th

Watermelon is sold in bulk, in cardboard boxes of 20 kgrs and big boxes of 380 kgrs.

Artichoke

artichokesOriginally from the Mediterranean and Northwest Africa. Rich in fiber and diuretic properties introduced to limit the absorption of cholesterol in the body.

 

Variety:

Alambra and Lorca variety.

FEATURES:

It is green like a close crown.

HARVESTING AND MARKETING:

The harvest time is divided into two periods:

1st From April to June

2nd From September to November

Artichoke is packaged in boxes of 7 kgrs.

Potato

potatoIt is native to the Andean highlands in an area that corresponds approximately to the south of Peru. Source of natural energy and rich in starch.

Variety:

There are mainly three varieties: Fábula, jaerla and spunta.

features:

It is yellowish, both outside and inside and its size is homogeneous..

HARVESTING AND MARKETING:

The harvest time begins at the beginning of June and it finishes at the end of July.

Potato is sold in loading pallets with bags of 25 Kgrs or in bulk in bags of 1 tonne.
